**Provisional Detailing Refund and Returns Policy**

**Overview**

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

**Eligibility for Return**

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Certain goods are exempt from returns, including perishable items (food, flowers), intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

**Non-Returnable Items:**

– Gift cards
– Downloadable software products
– Some health and personal care items

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

**Partial Refunds**

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
– Books with obvious signs of use
– Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
– Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
– Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

**Refunds**

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

**Late or Missing Refunds**

**Sale Items**

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

**Exchanges**

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To exchange for the same item, email us at refunds@provisionaldetailing.com and send your item to: [physical address].

**Gifts**

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

**Shipping Returns**

To return your product, mail it to: [physical address]. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
